Campus Improvement Grant

Student Government Association
The Student Government Association Campus Improvement Grant will provide any Southwestern College group or organization $1000 to improve the College’s campus. SGA will award the SC group or organization whose project will best cultivate the Builder community and improve the campus, as decided by the SGA Senate. The goal of the Grant is to involve the entire student body and improve the SC campus.

Grant Criteria:

1. Project must be open to all students on campus

2. Project must occur on the Southwestern College Campus

3. SGA will award the selected group or organization up to $1000. Any additional funding must be internally provided. Please consider the potential continual maintenance of the improvement.

4. A separate Approval Request must be signed and submitted by each of the following:
- Sarah Hallinan, Dean of Students
- Morea Simmons, Vice President for Finance
- Department Head or Overseer of Area being improved
- Southwestern Faculty or Staff sponsor
Grant money must be used by August 1 of the following year.
