When climbing or usage of ladders or step ladders at site property, performing excessive heavy lifting, handling harsh chemical, or operating powered equipment please make sure to use the proper precaution.

All independent contractors/employees must clock in and out using the phone from the location they are cleaning. (Information will be sent out upon hire).

Peachy Clean Maintenance & Facilities, LLC. is only responsible for the hired individual listed on this application and will not be held liable for any persons at the site that have not been directly employed by us. Therefore; DO NOT bring anyone on the site that is not a direct hire. If caught; this will result in immediate termination.

PCMF will not deduct or withhold any amounts for FICA, unemployment fund contributions or other taxes from the fees to be paid to independent contractor Independent contractor agrees that s/he is not deemed as an employee of PCMF. As an independent contractor, s/he is not eligible to participate in any employee benefit plans and will not accept any monies, payments or benefits from any such plan, policy or program.

Use gloves at all times; especially when using harsh chemicals. Also, you should know where the safety/first aid kits are. If you do not know, ask your site manager.

As a member of our PCMF Team you are required to present yourself in a professional manner at all times. When cleaning you must wear presentable clothing Tank tops, tube/crop tops, short skirts, short shorts, short or tight dresses, sheer shirts or pants, clothing with inappropriate language, ripped/torn or clothes with holes are NOT ALLOWED. Also, please do not wear clothing that display your undergarments. Shoes MUST be closed-toe. Therefore; flip flops, slides, or sandals are not allowed. If you are provided a uniform; that uniform must be worn each time you service the site. If you are seen without proper attire; this may result in immediate termination.

Payroll will be processed up to 3 days after the 10th of the month for those who: Do not properly clock-in throughout the working month, have not turned in all appropriate paperwork, are in an area that is experiencing technical difficulties, or bank or card accounts that have been closed by yourself or the institution and have not been reported to PCMF.
