JAM BASKETBALL PROTOCOL

Everyone in the building will wear a mask, including players unless there is a breathing medical condition and if they are under ten years of age. Every coach, player,spectators, the worker will have their temperature checked and must complete a waiver before entering all JAM League facilities.
If feasible, promote and use alternative document handling methods, such as digital signatures, taking orders by phone/email, signing delivery documentation on behalf of customers, email document pictures. WASH HANDS OR USE HAND SANITIZERS Avoid The exchange of utensils, devices, and paperwork as much as possible. Where a physical exchange of documentation/paperwork is necessary: 1. Use disposable gloves, face mask, eye protection. 2. Wash entirely often (including nails and back of the hand) with soap and water for at least 20 seconds after exchanging/ touching paperwork. The counter and score clocks must be disinfected frequently. All personnel with high physical interaction/exposure should wear masks, gloves, and eye protection gear or face shield.
Coaches & Players
Bring Score-sheets before coming to the game(s); you can download a score-sheet from our website: www.jamball.com Coaches, please bring score sheet to the gym with a pen/pencil; Coaches and players will have their temperatures are taken using contactless thermometers and ask the following questions: 1. Have you had a cough or fever in the last 24 hours? 2. Have you felt sick or been around anyone sick within the previous 24 hours? Once the score-sheet is stamped, players and coaches will then be able to enter the gym, taking the score-sheet with them. Each team will need a scorekeeper; the winning team will report scores. Refrain from handshakes, high fives, fist, elbow and chest bumps, group celebrations, and hugs. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE. Teams will bring their basketball for warm-ups and games. AVOID TOUCHING YOUR EYES, NOSE, AND MOUTH
Social distancing, also called “physical distancing,” means keeping a safe space between yourself and other people who are not from your household. To practice social or physical distancing, stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms' length)
JAM will allow one (1) parent per player; each team will need a scorekeeper and a clock worker. Space and clock area will be cleaned and disinfected after each game. Gloves provided for the score/Clock keeper. Temperatures check taken before entering the building, and health questions answered: Parents/Spectators must bring their chairs from home to the gym to watch the game(s). Spectators will practice social distancing unless they are within family groups. Spectators are to take chairs with them. All chairs, balls, and other items left in the gym(s) will be left at the facility. No Lost and Found! WASH HANDS OR USE HAND SANITIZERS
