That being said, filling out a form does not guarantee an appointment. I don't usually turn down designs but if I feel my ability or style of tattooing doesn't match your idea well I will let you know I cant do it and offer some better suited recommendations :)

What is your budget? Is it flexible or firm? (My rate is $200/hour but I’m always willing to work around a specific budget if it means giving you the tattoo you’ve always wanted!)
Are there any days in the week that work best for you for booking an appointment? (please note Saturdays and Sundays are my most sought after day and are not guaranteed. Taking time off might be needed to book)
Where abouts are you from? My shop, LaRosa tattoos is located in New Westminster, British Columbia (this question helps me know if you’re from out of town or have a bit of a commute to see me allowing me to plan better for our appointments)
Booking Policies:
A deposit is required to book the tattoo appointment by etransfer. The deposit will be between $50-$200 depending on the size of the tattoo. The deposit goes towards the cost of the tattoo.
The deposit is non-refundable. That includes if you cancel your appointment.
48 hour notice is required for rescheduling your appointment. The deposit will carry over to your new appointment. If you reschedule less than 48 hrs or a no call/ no show you deposit will be forfeit .
All designs will be custom drawn. No copies of other tattoos. Inspiration photos will only be used as such. You will get a custom original design.
