Permission and Liability Waiver: I understand that the entire premises of Creative Works Farm is a smoke-free (including vapor and e-cigarettes), tobacco free, drug free, alcohol free, and weapon free facility and agree to follow this rule. In consideration of my desire to serve as a volunteer at Creative Works Farm, I hereby assume all responsibility for any and all risk of property damage, bodily injury, or illness that I may sustain while participating as a volunteer. Further, I, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby release, waive and discharge Creative Works Farm and its officers, directors, employees, agents and volunteers of and from any and all claims which I or my heirs, administrators and assigns ever may have against any of the above for, on account of, by reason of or arising in connection with such volunteer efforts or my participation therein, and hereby waive all such claims, demands and causes of action. I give Creative Works Farm permission to use photographs or other media of myself that may be obtained during the event for marketing purposes.*
