I agree to adhere to the following policies. I will take responsibility for ensuring that I/my child complies with appropriate behaviour guidelines. I understand that violations of these regulations will subject in dismissal from the program with no refund. Copies of these policies in full are available on the Policies page on our website. I also take responsibility for ensuring that my child (if under the age of 16) arrives on time and registers with a member of SoleStar Staff, and picked up promptly at the end of the class, unless I have given written permission for my child to travel independently. Occasionally, SoleStar Arts photographs and/or videotapes during classes, workshops and performances, This may be for the purpose of advertising and promotional or practice materials. It also allows parents/carers and participants access to photos and videos obtained in accordance with our Child Protection Policy. I consent to and authorise SoleStar Arts Ltd to take photographs and film myself/my child to be used for the above Purpose(s).

Personal data is collected by enrolment form (paper or electronic). All personal data, whether held on computer, paper or other media, will be obtained, processed, transported and stored on a secure database, lawfully and correctly, in accordance with the safeguards contained in the Data Protection Act 2018 and will be used for the purposes of your/your child’s involvement in activities. You can request to view, amend or remove your personal or sensitive data held by SoleStar Arts at any time, by contacting us by email or phone. Data will be held for the duration of the membership, and for a maximum of 2 years after inactivity. Please inform us as soon as possible of any changes to your data.

 Your data will not be shared with any third party without prior consent.
