We have changed our procedures to require that all requests must be submitted four weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Please note - University Relations & Marketing (URM) will be sunsetting its current graphics template platform, Marq, effective March 22, 2025.

For a project to begin production, all materials must be received by University Relations & Marketing. This includes any written and supplemental content that is needed for your project. Once we have received all project materials and your request, the four-week production window will begin.

- Graphics Production
  - Please Note - Effective July 1st, 2024, wide format printing will transition from a free graphics service to the Print Shop's online Storefront. The cost for wide format printing will be $29.63 per 36"x24" mounted and laminated print. Pricing for other sizes and additional details will be readily available on the Storefront site starting July 1st.

URM reserves the right to review all requests for photography services to ensure they meet a specific institutional need for photos and that staff time is used in a way that best serves the University’s needs. If a URM photographer is not available for a client, the department can recommend a freelance photographer. The client is responsible for contacting the vendor and paying for their services.

All official university headshots taken by URM will be conducted exclusively in studio.
