To help ensure successful project completion, departments are encouraged to submit requests with as much advance notice as possible. University Relations & Marketing generally recommends 2-4 weeks of lead time; however, required timelines may vary based on the scope, complexity, and volume of requests received.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While every effort will be made to accommodate requested deadlines, project schedules are determined based on project requirements, departmental priorities, current workload, and available resources. Submission of a request does not guarantee completion by a specific date.

For a project to move into production, all required materials must be submitted to University Relations & Marketing. This includes final written content, images, approvals, and any supplemental materials necessary to complete the project. Production timelines will be established after all required materials have been received and reviewed.

Design and production services are not available for student club and organization marketing materials. University Relations & Marketing can provide guidance on approved logo usage, brand standards, and visual identity requirements to support consistency across Stockton University communications.

Photography requests are evaluated based on their alignment with university goals, target audience, anticipated impact, available resources and timing.
