Community Event Application

All park space event applications require a minimum of 120 days to process. All applications with a date less than 120 will not be allowed to continue.

Please note: Due to year-round permits with local youth sports organizations, Marie Kerr, Domenic Massari, and Pelona Vista Parks have extremely limited availability and often require an application submitted a minimum of 180 days in advance.

Please note that there is a $250 for profit / 25% non profit discount application processing fee for this application to be reviewed. Once the application is reviewed you will be notified 10 business days after your application is received.

This is an application ONLY. It does not guarantee a rental date. A rental date is only guaranteed when a deposit has been received and a contract has been signed by the renter AND the City of Palmdale Parks Recreation Department.
