The Capital Projects Division is responsible for managing the City’s capital improvement projects such as street improvements, traffic signals, bikeways, freeway interchanges and city building facilities. We take great pride in completing these improvements to enhance the quality of life for the Moreno Valley community as a whole while minimizing the inconvenience during the construction process.
