    If you manufacture or design products that are made from other products, the end product must have your name or business name on the label. No resale of products manufactured by other companies.

  • If you selected to pay by Online with Credit Card, you will be sent a link for payment after your application has been approved. If you selected to Mail Check, do not send a check until your application has been approved.

  • Limited electricity is available at an additional cost of $15/booth. Do you need electricity? NOTE: Approval required for electrical requests.
  • How many spaces are you requesting?
  • Crafters requesting to share a space must each complete an application - one person submits the full payment. Shared space must be pre-approved by the Arts & Crafts Committee. Are you requesting to share a booth?
  • How are you paying for your booth(s)? NOTE: No Refunds after August 30, 2025 or for No Show at the festival*

  • Please select the product category or categories that best fit the item(s) you will have at your booth. NOTE: Only items that fit within these categories will be accepted for sale in the Arts & Craft Village.*
  • Are you are a returning Vendor?*
  • Are you a current juried member of a recognized guild, such as Foothills Craft Guild, Southern Highlands Guild, Appalachian Arts & Crafts Center, etc.? If so, please indicate below. NOTE: If you have participated in the past Louie Bluie Music and Arts Festival Artisan Villages as a crafter, you are considered a juried crafter for Louie Bluie Music and Arts Festival. Just select 'yes' to the following question and enter 'previous participant' in the guild options.

  • Will you do a working demonstration of your handiwork?
  • Each year, a notebook of all the crafters applications is put together to create a visual picture of each Arts and Crafts Village by festival year. You must send current pictures with your application for your page in our notebook.

    If you are not a member of a juried guild, your handcrafted products can be juried by the pictures of your workmanship. The pictures must accompany your application.

    If you have trouble with pictures, please call or email one of the co-chairs. We can help you download your pictures to the online application or help you send your pictures electronically another way.

    These are the pictures needed for the committee to jury your handicraft for our Arts and Crafts Village at the Louie Bluie Music and Arts Festival 2024:

    Six (6) Pictures maximum per vendor – we do want to see all of your products

    • 2 pictures of your handcraft in the process of production steps to finished products
    • A display picture that features all your products
    • 1 or 2 pictures of your completed handcrafts that you want featured on the Louie Bluie website if accepted – If you have a preference of which pictures to put on the web, please mark the pictures.
    • Optional, a picture of you with your work

    Pictures are best sent digitally. If you have trouble sending pictures please call one of the co-chairs. If you send printed pictures with your application, when accepted you will be requested to send pictures by email or text to one of the Arts and Crafts Village Co-chairs.

    If you are a returning vendor, please send new pictures of your current work.

  • If your handiwork is featured through media review, please provide the following information.

  • The Louie Bluie Music and Arts Festival Committee and Arts and Crafts Village Committee are privileged to share your handcrafted works with the community of festival goers. It is our desire to help you showcase your work at the festival-on-festival day. And, if you give written permission, we will list your business and contact informtion on the www.louiebluie.org website for the 2024 festival and throughout the coming year. We feature quality art and handcrafted items from our local and regional artist and crafters. Our goals are to provide the community with the opportunity to see and invest in your handcrafted work.

  • Do you want your business listed on the Arts and Crafts Village page on the Louie Bluie Website?
  • PLEASE READ: Exhibitor, artist, crafter, non-profit or any organization contracting for or using booth space shall and will indemnify and hold harmless the Campbell Culture Coalition, Cove Lake State Park, Cumberland Trail State Park, and any and all persons acting as festivals organizers, promoters, volunteers, etc. from and against any and all liability, claims, thefts, demands, expenses, fees, fines, and penalties, suits, proceedings, actions and causes of action of any and every kind and nature arising or growing out of or in any way connected with exhibitor/artist/crafter/non-profit’s use of booth space during said Festival. Exhibitor/artist/crafter/non-profit entity acknowledges and agrees to abide by all rules and regulations.

  • Resizing your images:

    You can use any imaging editor to resize your image. Pixlr Express is an easy online image editor and works on both Window PCs and MACS. You do not have to download any software to your computer. NOTE: clicking the above link will open instructions in a popup window.

    Using Pixl Express to resize your images:

    Select Browse, navigate to your image file, and select Open. Your image should show on the screen.

    To resize, click the 'Adjustment' option at the bottom of the screen, then select Resize (bottom, second row, second from left). Enter a width and height, then click Apply.


    Save the image (top left). The image will be downloaded to your computer. NOTE: be sure to change the name of the image if you wish to keep the original unaltered image.
