Photo Upload & Submission
To process your warranty request, we must receive clear photos of the complete tool and affected area. Submissions without proper photos cannot be reviewed.
Please include:

At least one photo of the entire tool (fully assembled and visible)

Close-up photo of the damaged or problem area

Clear photo of the part number stamped/engraved on the tool

Photos of any affected component pieces (with part numbers visible if applicable)
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your junk folder) with your RMA number and next steps. Depending on the situation, additional information or inspection may be required.
