  • To properly assess warranty requests, clear photos of the tool and the issue are required as part of our warranty process. Photos allow our team to review claims efficiently and reduce delays caused by follow-up requests.

    In some cases, additional information or inspection may still be required as part of the assessment.

     To process your warranty request, we must receive clear photos of the complete tool and affected area. Submissions without proper photos cannot be reviewed.

    Please include:

    • At least one photo of the entire tool (fully assembled and visible)

    • Close-up photo of the damaged or problem area

    • Clear photo of the part number stamped/engraved on the tool

    • Photos of any affected component pieces (with part numbers visible if applicable)
       

    Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your junk folder) with your RMA number and next steps. Depending on the situation, additional information or inspection may be required.
