MV MISSION We’re designing a better enterprise-wideIT and communicationsPURPOSE system for MV and we need everyone’s ideas! Please answer some questions so the design works for you! (Prizes will be awarded to those who complete the survey BEFORE!)
Introduction
We want to learn about HOW TECHNOLOGY MAKES IT EASIER OR HARDER TO GET DONE what you need TO DO to BE SUCCESSFUL AT YOUR JOB. We already know about a lot of general concerns and frustrations, so please be as specific as possible with your answers. This is not an opinion survey but a user IF WE COULD SIT XXXXXexperience interview – gone digital. CONFIDENTIAL...ANONYMOS...TIME NO RIGHT?WRONG JDEGEMNT

We will use what you tell us in planning IT and communications upgrades. Please be direct and as detailed as possible. To be clear, when we say ‘communications’ we mean it broadly as related to overall culture and community. If you have questions about the questions (!), please reach out directly to Mundo Verde’s strategic communications coach and consultant: Jhalperin@mundoverdepcs.org. Note: in this document, we are using apps, utilities and platforms as broad descriptors for the digital technologies you use.
Experience

In the morning, what is usually the very first thing you do to start your work day?
What app on your computer or your phone do you need to accomplish that?
What apps, utilities, platforms are usually running on your computer at the end of the day. Please list all, including any that are useful to you even if not provided by MV.
Do you close out of all of your windows and shut down your computer at the end of the day or just leave applications running?

Do you actively manage notifications, settings and formatting in the apps that you use or do you use the defaults?
