As per the terms of the membership agreement, due to bank requirements cancellation requests must be received and dated by the 23rd day of the current month if this month is to be the last month of membership. Cancellations will not be effective until the following month if submitted late. If case of a late cancellation and you are unable to attend daycare the following month you may bank up to 3 weeks daycare days in total on your account and use those days for future daycare or boarding needs (2 daycare=1 boarding). Banked days will expire from your account 1 month after membership becomes inactive. No refunds can be provided for late cancellations.
