If you’re looking to cancel your membership with us or request a refund, then you'll have to follow the instructions below. We want to understand more your reason(s) for canceling so that we can perfect our product with improvements and upgrades so we can better serve our community. All cancellation requests are subject to final approval. To request a cancellation of your membership with us, we simply ask that you provide us with the four requirements. If you're cancelling an installment plan, then the fees for your Plan are billed in advance of each billing cycle. In the event you cancel your Plan, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial, used, or unused months of the Services. As per the terms and agreement you've selected when you purchased the program, all refund requests to be considered must have this form completed within 72 hours from the purchase date. Please complete this form in its entirety. Once done, you'll be redirected to a scheduling page to schedule a call with us so we can consider proceeding with your request.
