Responsibility & Liability:
Tour members agree to the terms and conditions as outlined on the Terms and Conditions webpage of City Express Travel and any other documentation/communication sent by City Express Travel. City Express Travel, its employees, officers, directors, and agents do not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. It purchases transportation (by aircraft, coach, train, vessel or otherwise), hotel and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, ground handling and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, City Express Travel is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.
City Express Travel acts solely as agents for the tour members with respect to all transportation, hotel and other tour arrangements. In that capacity, City Express Travel exercises all reasonable care possible to ensure the tour member’s safety and satisfaction, but, City Express Travel neither assumes nor bears any responsibility or liability for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising in connection with the services of any airplane, train, ship, automobile, motor coach, carriage, or other conveyance, or the actions of any third-party involved in carrying the tour member or in affecting these tours. City Express Travel is not responsible for damages, additional expenses, or any other losses due to cancellation, delay or other changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, civil disturbances, acts or threats of terrorism, travel warnings or bans, termination or suspension of war risks or other carrier insurance, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond its control. All such losses must be borne by the tour member, and tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. City Express Travel is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellation costs due to incorrect, incomplete or expired traveler documents. City Express Travel reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any tour prior to departure or during tour, so long as this is not due to any of the aforesaid causes beyond our control.

Tour Protection & Insurance Plan:
City Express Travel strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. It can save you time, money, and help ease your concerns during your tour. There are several affordable plans that provide valuable coverage for those unexpected events that can occur, such as trip cancellations, lost luggage, and unforeseen medical expenses. You have the option of purchasing either basic Travel Insurance or International Medical Insurance.
In the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source of reimbursement.
City Express Travel does not sell travel insurance but offers information on travel insurance as a convenience to our passengers. Find out more information on insurance below.

Mobility/Fit to Travel Requirements:
The tour member represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. Tour members accept responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Sites may not be accessible to all members, and members assume all such risks with regard to these possibilities.
Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents:
A valid passport is required for all tour members, and must be valid for 6 months after the return date. Tour members assume complete and full responsibility for verifying any and all passports, visas, vaccination, or other entry requirements of destination.
Some countries may require signed letters from the parents of minors traveling without them, giving the group leader permission to allow medical attention or other needs.
For all non-US citizens please consult the consulate for each country you will be entering.
Travel Advisory:
It is the responsibility of the tour member to become informed about the most current travel advisories by referring to the US State Department’s travel website at travel.state.gov. In the event of a State Department Travel Advisory against travel to the specific destination of the trip, should the tour member still choose to travel, notwithstanding any travel advisory, the tour member assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property damage that may arise out of the events like those advised or warned against.
Airline Tickets & Third Party Bookings:
No refund will be allowed for any missed land package activities due to airline delays, changes, or cancellations.
City Express Travel will not accept responsibility for cancellation, changes, or mistakes in airline bookings made by independent third parties. It is the responsibility of the tour member (if flights are not booked by City Express Travel) to ensure the correct arrival and departure flight information from the tour start and end cities/dates.
Air & Tour Pricing:
Airline fuel fees, taxes, and surcharges are subject to change until final tickets are purchased. City Express Travel reserves the right to correct invoices, itineraries and prices, and to substitute facilities, hotels (equal or higher quality), and tour activities if necessary. The tour member will be responsible for any changes or cancellations made to the itinerary at their request or beyond their control, before or during travel, including expenses incurred. Tours are based on a tiered-pricing system. If group numbers change, pricing will be recalculated and adjusted accordingly. If land package and airline reservations are booked at different times, utilization and due dates may change and will be updated accordingly.
Not Included in Tour Price:
Tips to drivers, guides, and all other third party services are not included, but it is customary to tip for services. Passports, laundry, room services, alcoholic beverages, mineral water, after-dinner food and beverage are not included in the itinerary or provided by the tour. You may incur additional airline baggage and optional fees, and will be charged by the airline directly.
Credit Card Payment:
Payments made by credit cards are subject to a 5% processing fee. Payments made via check will not incur any processing fees.
