Once this form is complete an agent will send you a lease addendum to reflect the changes to your lease. This will be signed on your tenant portal and all lease holders must agree to the changes and sign the addendum. Upon completion of the application, an agent will process it which can take 24-72hrs. Once approved, the agent will inform you that they will be emailing you an addendum to sign on your tenant portal. The addendum will only be sent once all open charges on your account are paid in full.
