We are currently only taking 50 total car spaces due to COVID-19 spacing requirements. Maximum of 2 people per car entry allowed due to occupancy restrictions of 175 total in the car show area, to allow for the maximum number of visitors to the car show.
Entry is $25 per vehicle for a 12x24 space.
Day of Show Sign-In Info
Setup can be between 7am-9:45am on Oct 3rd. Follow the parking signs until you come into the main Festival parking lot, and there you will see signs to bring you to the access gate to sign in and find a spot. We will flag the sprinkler heads and ask that you do not drive over them. All vehicles must be in the car show area by 9:45am, no exceptions as gates will be locked promptly at that time to open the festival. Spots will be marked where each vehicle can be placed, but there will be no assigned spots (first come, first choice). When you sign-in you will receive a card with your vehicle number for public voting.
You are welcome to bring your own chairs and pop-up tents, as long as the tent is behind your vehicle and fits into the 12 x 24 space. This will allow the public to have 12 feet of space around each vehicle.
COVID-19 Health Dept Guidelines
We require that you wear a mask when interacting with the public within a 6-foot space.
Maximum of 175 people allowed in each area (Market, Car Show, Games)
Temperatures will be taken by the event coordinator prior to opening of the event using a no-touch forehead thermometer. Any person with temps at 100 degrees or higher will be asked to leave.
If you are feeling sick, please do not show.
