The most famous Sicilian olive, with a DOP certification; fruity with notes of green tomato and fresh herbs; full-bodied and spicy.
Very fruity at the nose with notes of green tomato, green tomato leaf, artichoke, and almond; very spicy at the end with a light bitter sensation.
A blend of local Sicilian olives for a neutral yet flavourful taste; could also be used on hair and skin.
