PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY
1. References must cover a minimum 2 years of work history and you MUST provide an email contact for every job position that you have been in during the last 2 years. For example, if you worked in 4 places in the last 2 years, we require 4 references.
2. Please provide a minimum of 2 professional referees (someone who was in a senior position to you, for example, your line manager).
3. Please also provide a character referee (a professional person who is not related to you).
4. If you are currently studying, please email confirmation of your enrolment at University or College with your course and study dates. You will also need to provide 2 references from previous jobs that you have had.
5. If you are unsure about which references to provide, please contact the 110% People office on 0800 368 8710 before submitting the form.
