To maintain this standard, CHH reserves the right to conduct background checks if necessary. This helps ensure that all participants—especially juniors—are joining a community that values integrity, commitment, and respect both on and off the court

I understand that all CHH league matches involving school-age players should be supervised by a players parent/guardian/carer or coach. For players <15 this includes direct courtside supervision.

I can confirm this player has no medical conditions or injuries that will be triggered or exacerbated by playing Tennis.

I understand that the Canberra heavy Hitters accepts no responsibility or liability for loss, damage or injury as a result of participation in CHH events, except where such loss, damage or injury can be shown to be directly related to negligence of the Canberra Heavy Hitters or Organisers.
