    NOTE: At the end of this form, please attach a picture of the damaged or broken part. If a part is missing, add a picture of the assembly instruction page showing the missing part. If you are missing assembly tools and hardware, please inspect the cardboard; many times tool bags come attached to the box. Look inside all compartments of your furniture piece to ensure all tools and hardware are complete. As soon as you receive your order please inspect your purchase immediately. This procedure covers product purchased from KM Home Furniture and was received in its originally sealed carton. If you find a part missing or damaged, you have a 10-day window in which to order a replacement part from the date on your purchase receipt. All furniture pieces must be kept in its original boxes.
