Drop Procedures

--You must fill out this form separately for each course you wish to drop.
--You may also drop Five College courses using this form.
--From the 11th day of classes through the fifth week: students may drop a full semester Smith course with the permission of the instructor, adviser and class dean or Graduate Director using this drop form.
--Please only submit one form per course section. If your form has not been processed within 5 business days, or you think there has been an error, please email registrar@smith.edu.
--Traditional students must remain enrolled in 12 credits total and at least 8 credits must be on Smith campus.
--Ada Comstock students must consult their Dean for drops after the AC drop deadline and half of total course load must be on Smith campus.
--Section information should be exactly what is on your registration in Workday.
