Travel Quote Only	This fee applies to quotes only, without trip planning. Three options will be provided and delivered via email. **If you decide to hire us, a $200 trip planning and consulting fee will be added to the total cost of the trip.	$50
Group Trip	This is a starting fee per person based on the complexity of a trip, covering coordination and management of groups with 5 people of more.	Starting at $100pp
Pre-Packaged Trip	Pre-packaged trips with no itinerary changes	No upfront service charge
Pre-Packaged Trip w/change	This fee is based on the complexity of changes that applies to pre-packaged trips with itinerary changes.	Starting at $50

Please note that these fees are non-refundable. Our services can only commence once these fees have been paid in full. These fees compensate for the time we invest in consultations, research, planning, payment processing, ongoing support, and assistance before, during, and after the trip, as well as coordinating services with our vendors to secure the best prices that align with your budget. We ensure that you receive copies of all documented travel materials and all pertinent information pertaining to your trip.

We will serve as your advocate and source of support throughout every phase of your journey. Our goal is to alleviate the stress and hassle associated with trip planning by managing all booking components to ensure a seamless travel experience. Should you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you must sign a travel insurance waiver and assume sole financial liability for all direct and indirect consequences and costs resulting from events occurring before or during the trip. The Client does not have the right to demand compensation from the travel agency for any unforeseen expenses incurred as a direct result of cancellation or failure to make your trip, lost baggage, loss of health, death, accidents and/or emergency evacuation due to natural disasters or acts of terrorism, if the travel agency is not the direct and immediate cause and reason for these expenses.
