PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER
Sweet Earline's is a small team, and each cookie is made and decorated with care. To help us manage production, set clear expectations, and provide the highest-quality finished product, please review the following information before submitting your request:
- Customers may select one (1) cookie flavor per dozen ordered.
- Sweet Earline's will determine the most appropriate decorating method for each design. Orders may include hand-decorated royal icing, edible printed images, or a combination of both.
- Designs requiring edible printed images, including detailed logos, characters, photographs, or intricate graphics, are subject to an additional $5.00 per dozen.
- Each order may include up to six (6) unique designs.
- A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required for made-to-order cookie requests.
- This form is for requests of up to six (6) dozen cookies. For orders of seven (7) dozen or more, please complete Sweet Earline's Large Order Request Form.
- Rush requests submitted with less than two (2) weeks' notice may be accepted based on production availability and are subject to a $20.00 rush fee.
- Orders are confirmed and added to our production calendar only after the invoice has been reviewed and payment has been received.
DESIGN EXPECTATIONS AND POLICIES
Sweet Earline's cookies are made to order and require artistic interpretation. While we make every effort to reflect the requested theme, color palette, wording, and overall aesthetic, exact replication of inspiration images is not guaranteed.
Clients are strongly encouraged to provide multiple inspiration images that clearly represent their preferred colors, design style, and overall vision. Inspiration images are used as references only and are not guaranteed to be reproduced exactly.
Sweet Earline's will determine how each requested design will be produced. Depending on the level of detail, designs may be completed using hand-decorated royal icing, edible printed images, or a combination of both.
When edible printed images are used, royal icing is applied as the base and the edible image is transferred directly onto the iced cookie.
If limited, incomplete, or conflicting design references are provided, Sweet Earline's will use professional judgement to interpret the request based on the information available at the time the order is approved.
Hand-completed techniques, including stenciling, metallic finishes, piping, and lettering, may contain slight variations. These variations are a natural part of made-to-order decorated cookies and are not considered defects.
Standard orders of one (1) to six (6) dozen are non-refundable once production begins due to the made-to-order nature of the product and the time reserved on our production calendar.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details, including quantities, flavors, colors, wording, dates, decorating methods, fees, and pickup or shipping information, before submitting payment.
Payment confirms that the client has reviewed and approved the invoice details. Once production begins, design changes may not be accepted. Once an order has been completed, picked up, delivered, or shipped, design changes or adjustments cannot be made.
PICKUP, COURIER, AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Local Pickup: Orders are available for pickup in Rockville, MD during designated pickup hours. A reminder email will be sent approximately 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Once the order is confirmed, the selected pickup date cannot be changed.
- Courier Delivery: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for courier service and providing the courier or driver information before the scheduled pickup time. Sweet Earline's is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or mishandling after the order leaves our possession.
- UPS or FedEx Shipping: Shipping is available for select cookie orders. Tracking information will be provided after shipment. Sweet Earline's is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, damage, weather-related disruptions, or mishandling after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
