Compulsary Condition of enrollment at Furry Kidz: To keep every guest healthy and our environment free from any nasty parasites, each dog accepted into Furry Kidz daycare and boarding is treated for internal parasites with Veterinary grade deworming tablets, every second month. This will be added to your daycare account.
I have read and understand the above compulsary condition of enrolment and give Furry Kidz representatives permission and consent to give my dog deworming treatments every second month. We deworm all our guests during boarding/daycare every second month, alternating between Drontal & Milbemax, according to the schedule below to keep our environment and guests free from parasites.
