    BRIEF EXPLANATION OF SERVICE:

    Clean the cladding externally to remove any plant growth and general soiling. This is a hands-on clean using a non-abrasive brush and suitable detergent. A pressure wash alone will not clean the cladding sufficiently and will potentially leave lines once it has been cleaned. This will give the best possible clean to the cladding without potentially damaging it by forcing water into the seals or blowing the paint/coating off the panels.

    Clean the floor using a road sweeper/scrubber dryer. Smaller bits of debris and the dust will be collected by the road sweeper as part of the first clean. Once this is complete the floor will be cleaned using a mechanical scrubber dryer and suitable floor detergent. This WILL NOT remove tyre marks, stains or lines.

    BRIEF EXPLANATION OF SERVICE:


    This is classed as a deep clean to the floor. Staining will be removed where possible. We will do a wet clean using power floats to remove the stubborn soiling. This involves using diamond encrusted bristle brushes. The tyre marks that are left behind will then be spot cleaned. The floor will then be dried and cleaned using scrubber dryers.

    BRIEF EXPLANATION OF SERVICE:


    A scrubber dryer will not remove these. All lines will need to be removed by hand. If they are taped they will be scraped off and any residue left behind will be removed using a suitable solution to break this down. If the lines are painted these will be removed either by using a suitable chemical that will break the paint down. On completion, the floor will be cleaned using a mechanical scrubber dryer and suitable detergent. This will need to be carried out as an addition to one of the other floor cleaning options. If the lines have been shot blasted before being laid then the lines will need to be ground off. Please refer to line removal - grind for this.
