BRIEF EXPLANATION OF SERVICE:

Clean the cladding externally to remove any plant growth and general soiling. This is a hands-on clean using a non-abrasive brush and suitable detergent. A pressure wash alone will not clean the cladding sufficiently and will potentially leave lines once it has been cleaned. This will give the best possible clean to the cladding without potentially damaging it by forcing water into the seals or blowing the paint/coating off the panels.

This is a hands-on clean using suitable equipment to remove all soiling and general contaminants off the glazing externally. It is cleaned using a lambswool and blade should it be required. On completion, the windows are squeegeed to leave them streak-free.

Pole wash the windows using de-ionised water. You can also use a RO system to get the same finish. This is done from the ground and will remove any rain contamination and general dust. Please note that if the windows are heavily soiled or a maintenance schedule has not been in place this will not clean the windows to a sufficient state. They will require a 1st clean instead.

This is classed as a deep clean to the floor. Staining will be removed where possible. We will do a wet clean using power floats to remove the stubborn soiling. This involves using diamond encrusted bristle brushes. The tyre marks that are left behind will then be spot cleaned. The floor will then be dried and cleaned using scrubber dryers.

A scrubber dryer will not remove these. All lines will need to be removed by hand. If they are taped they will be scraped off and any residue left behind will be removed using a suitable solution to break this down. If the lines are painted these will be removed either by using a suitable chemical that will break the paint down. On completion, the floor will be cleaned using a mechanical scrubber dryer and suitable detergent. This will need to be carried out as an addition to one of the other floor cleaning options. If the lines have been shot blasted before being laid then the lines will need to be ground off. Please refer to line removal - grind for this.
