• Service Delivery Partner - Approval Questionnaire

    The information disclosed in this form will be used in the selection of service delivery partners (SDP's) for the inclusion in partnerships with FGH Security Ltd. FGH Security Ltd maintains an established list of approved contractors and SDP's which meets the requirements of our internal integrated management system, our commitment to the SIA ACS scheme, our accreditations with NSI and our insurance obligations. To be considered for inclusion on this list, please complete this questionnaire and provide all requested supporting documents.     FGH Security Ltd is proud to be an SIA Approved Contractor. As such we can only subcontract the provision of security services for which we are approved (Door Supervision (DS) and Security Guarding (SG)) to other companies which are also SIA Approved Contractors. 

    A subcontractor delivering services on behalf of FGH Security Ltd to our customer has full responsibility for the induction, training, direction, monitoring of performance, welfare provision, license checks, verification of employment status and employment eligibility checks for the indivduals who will be deployed to fulfil those subcontractor obligations.   

    Labour Provision

    FGH Security Ltd may accept 'labour' from other security companies or agencies. Such companies are not required to be SIA approved contractors, however we will only be able to use labour providers that either:

    • hold NSI approval for NCP 119 – Code of Practice for the Provision of Labour in the Security and Events Sectors
    • have completed an FGH Security Provision of Labour Audit
    • have a FGH Security Provision of Labour Audit scheduled to take place 

    When accepting the provision as labour, FGH Security Ltd would take responsibility for the induction, training, direction, monitoring of performance, welfare provision, and license checks of individuals. Those individuals employed through labour provision would be directed, monitored and supervised by FGH Security Ltd.

  • Insurances

    Having the appropriate insurances in place and at the required limits is a mandatory expectation. FGH Security Ltd would expect the following limits for your company insurance coverage: Public Liability - £5m. Employers Liability - £5m . Professional Indemnity - £1m. Product Liability (where appropriate) - £1m.

    Ensuring that employees have been suitably screened, vetted and have the right to work in the UK are mandatory requirements of working in the security industry, in accordance with BS 7858(2019). Regularly completing license checks to confirm that employees are in date for their respective license, is also essential.

    Failure to adhere to these standards and expectations could mean that the working relationship between your company and FGH Security Ltd is terminated:

    As a security subcontractor and/or labour provider, I can confirm that my organisation has no history of non-compliance with labour and HRMC legislation and statutory requirements

    Any further supply of labour or subcontracting to a third party or parties is prohibited without the explictit approval of an FGH Security Director and the SIA

    All employees are security screened and vetted to BS7858 (2019)

    All of our employees have a current right to work in the UK and you have evidence of their right to work in the UK on record

    All operational employees are suitably SIA licensed in the correct sector as required by the Private Security Industry Act. All personnel deployed under the LDN process must be declared to FGH Security Ltd

    Robust systems for the ongoing verification of the validity of both right to work and SIA licenses are in place and managed appropriately

    Working hours of employees are monitored to ensure compliance with the working time directive. This includes;

    a)  Not exceeding the 48-hour week (Unless an opt out agreement has been signed by both parties)

    b)  Ensuring all breaks during shift periods are allocated and taken

    c)  Ensure that a clear 11 hours rest is entitled between consecutive shifts

    d)  Ensure that all employees are given at least one day off in a seven-day period or two days in a fourteen-day period

    Robust processes are in place for the monitoring of lone workers

    All employees supplied to FGH Security Ltd are paid their contractual rate within appropriate terms and payment complies with the National Living Wage (NLW)/National Minimum Wage (NMW)

    All employees deployed to work for FGH Security Ltd are appropriately inducted into the company and are Pay As You Earn (PAYE). Under no circumstances should self employed persons be supplied for work as sub contractors or labour provision to FGH Security Ltd

    We are happy to be audited by FGH Security, which may include a site visit, comprehensive review of our premises, operating procedures and company information, including basic financial information. 

    The health of all employees has been verified and we have a process to verify their health and welfare on a regular basis

    Terms and conditions of employment and/or service have been defined and signed by all employees which meets the minimum requirements defined by employment law

    All employees have been issued a company identification card which complies with the requirements of the British standards applicable to the service they are undertaking

    All employees are issued a suitable uniform which complies with the requirements of the British standards

    All equipment supplied either by FGH Security Ltd and/or our customers will be returned in the same condition it was issued

    All employees have been suitably trained for the role they are being supplied. All training conducted shall be supported by training records which reflect the nature of the training which have been signed by both the trainer and trainee

    All employees have signed a confidentiality agreement which is appropriate to protect both FGH Security, its customers, quality management system and employees

    All employees agree to report immediately any contravention of the law, any accidents and incidents they encounter, to FGH Security during their deployment on our assignments
