Event Affiliation covers a Corporate, Charity, School, Social club or Group who organises, collects fees and fundraises for the purpose of running an isolated event held over consecutive days or less.
Event Affiliation benefits include insurance coverage, restricted use of IP and limited use of MySideline.
Event Membership must be approved by QTF and/ or TFA prior to events being advertised. Upon approval, QTF will provided the ‘Event Membership Summary Form’, to be completed and submitted by the association/ entity 7 days prior to an event proceeding.
