Please mark beside the Non-School Day or Half Day that you anticipate needing care from the Before and After School Care Program (BASC). Non-School Days and Half Days are not included in your monthly tuition for BASC, unless you signed up for BASC+. These days are billed separately at the end of each month directly to your FACTS account and are $85.00 for the Full Non-School Days and $65.00 for the Half Days.

My student is enrolled in standard BASC 2025/2026.My student is enrolled in BASC+.My student has not attended BASC this school year. (If choosing this option, then please make sure to fill out the BASC registration form below to get signed up and finish submitting this form).
To utilize BASC for non-school days only, you must submit a BASC registration form and will be billed the $50 registration fee.

When completing the registration form, if you do not plan to regularly use Before, Before and After, or After care, you will need to select the drop-in rate. If you happen to bring your student on a regular school day, your account will be billed at the drop-in rate of $11.00 per half hour.

Please note the following policies:

- We require a 3 calendar day advance notice if your child will NOT be attending on a specific date that was pre-chosen. If we do not receive a 3 calendar day advance cancellation notice, you will be charged the Full Day rate of $85 or the Half Day rate of $65 regardless of attendance.

- BASC+ students must also sign-up to attend, otherwise if they show up, there will be a $25 per day charge to their account for each day they are here.

- "Half day" charge rates are only for those days that the school has a half day.
