We now outsource the writing of the hard copies as we have so many. So these are dispatched ONCE A WEEK on a Monday. Any certificate orders received up until 12 noon on a Friday will typically be sent on the Monday, 3 days after, if you place AFTER this time on a Friday or during the weekend it won't be sent until the FOLLOWING week
