Water turned off to feature (check all that apply)
Antifreeze (plumbers or RV grade) added to feature (check all that apply)
Where is the valve to turn off water to an entire facility located? Are additional valves required to turn off water along the lines? If so, where are they?
If the restroom is being utilized for meetings or tennis ladies, the toilets and sinks should not be winterized.

If we have a freeze, the bathrooms must be winterized, and you will be notified.

It is a good idea to put a note (possibly a plastic sleeve) on the door of the winterized restroom. You can also lock the stalls.

PLEASE ask Heather or Michael if you have questions about what should be left unwinterized.
Slide Water Lines
Instructions for Water Fountain:
1. Remove the cover panel from the front of the water fountain.
  1. Back out 4 screws from the underside of the water fountain.
2. Once panel is removed, the supply valve will be located against the wall.
Questions should go to your Aquatics Director!
Please attached photos of valves in off position, main water lines and any other documentation.
