Once a place has been confirmed we will require you to complete an application form. Appliation forms should then be returned with proof of date of birth. Applcation will not be processed until date of birth has been confirmed.

To enable Little Gardners Nursery to comply with General Date Procetion (GDPR) we will only use your personal information in the aplication process and if you continue with the application.

We would like to keep sending you information about your child and Little Gardners Nursery by Tapestry, email, facebook and phone but we need to be sure we have your permission to do so. We keep your information so you can received important updates about your child and the nursery. We will keep your information secure and will never share it except if required to do so by law.

You can of course unsubscribe/ask us not to contact you through tapestry/email/phone/facebook at any time.
