At this point in the burnout journey we find it is best approached from a career planning point of view.
- talking to a mentor
- getting a coach at work or outside it
- chatting to your boss ( if approachable)
- seeking some independent career guidance
- learning some better workload managing skills
- maybe seeing your GP
We hope that doing the test has been useful - if for no other reason than alerting you to some of the key features of burnout and that it is important to take some sort of action even if the signs of burnout are "early". In fact "early" is the best point to tackle it as reversal at early stage is faster and easier.
