Student, if age 18 or older, and if not, Student’s Parent or Legal Guardian, hereby gives the Anti-Defamation League (“ADL”) the unconditional right to use, copy, publish, promote, reproduce, and exhibit for any purpose the Work, as well as any photographs, recordings and/or interviews of Student and Student’s name related to Student’s participation in the No Place for Hate initiative and/or the Art Contest.
ADL, its successors and assigns, is hereby released from any and all liability of any kind related to or arising out of and/or related to Student’s participation in the Art Contest including, but not limited to, the use of Student’s name and any photographs, recordings or interviews of Student and the Work. The Work is Student’s original effort.
By signing on the next screen, I understand that all rights, title, and interest in the Work is hereby assigned to ADL.
