Sam’s Space Party Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or reduction in numbers must be communicated a minimum of two weeks in advance of the booking. Any changes made past the cancellation date will be subject to cancellation fees.
Emergency cancellations are subject to the approval of Sam’s Space Management. Under all other circumstances, our staff must be notified two weeks prior to the visit for any changes and/or to cancel the reservation.
A £30.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
Method of Payment
Payment is due 48hours before the day of the party and can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card or cash.
Late Arrivals / Change in Numbers
Please be advised that if your group should arrive late, we cannot reduce the admission fee nor can we promise that your group will receive a full allocation of time due to possible scheduling conflicts.
It is at Sam’s Space discretion to allow or refuse a group arriving with more visitors than were booked.
Birthday Party Rates
Birthday Party (up to 20 children) £175.00
Group size is a maximum of 20 people. Please note that the Sam’s Space requires a 1:5 ratio of adults to children. Sam’s Space staff reserve the right to end a Birthday Party if members of the group are unruly and/or cause damage to the facility or any person(s) within.
Birthday parties last approximately 2 hours, including 30 mins for food and refreshments. Sam’s Space staff will prepare the party room with tables and seating depending on client needs.
Birthday Children and the parent/carers may arrive 10 minutes before allocated party time and we require all party guests to leave Sam’s Space promptly to allow us to reset for our next event.
