Our protocol allows 1-2 FULLY VACCINATED ADULT clients to accompany their pet(s) into the exam room. ALL clients entering the building will be required to wear a mask. Due to spatial restrictions, clients who bring their pet in to be seen for an emergency appointment will not be able to accompany their pet inside the hospital. We continue to offer curbside service for those who wish to remain in their vehicles, all unvaccinated clients, and for those with children. Please be aware, based on time constraints and room availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, there may be circumstances when we will be unable to bring you into the hospital. When you arrive at the hospital, please text or call us at (315) 478-3181 to let our team know that you have arrived, and wait in your vehicle for further instruction. Once we have a designated room available for you, we will call you to come in and escort you to the room. You may be asked to provide proof of your vaccination. At this time, only doctor/patient visits are included in this protocol. If your pet is arriving for a technician appointment; or dropping off for grooming, boarding, or surgery, or if you are picking up food/medications, we ask that you remain in your vehicle. Please be patient with us through this process. We will do our best to make this as stress-free as possible for you and your pet.
