    Polkadots Playland - Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

    • A non -refundable deposit of $100 for shared bookings and $200 for private bookings is required once your booking contract is submitted. 
    • You can send an e-transfer for the deposit amount to polkadotsplayland@gmail.com, call us with a credit card to process over the phone, or stop by with an in-person payment.
    • The remaining balance, plus applicable HST is required the day of your event. (HST will not be waived under any circumstances)
    • In the event Polkadots Playland is forced to cancel your event the full deposit will be returned to you in a timely fashion.
    • Polkadots Playland is a SOCKS ONLY facility, all patrons (Adults and Children) must wear socks at all times. NO barefeet or outside shoes permitted. Additional socks are available for sale if/when required.
    • We allow party hosts to bring in outside foods, snacks and drinks for their party.
    • Polkadots Playland is a NUT FREE facility. Please do your best to avoid bringing in items that contain peanuts or tree nuts.
    • Polkadots Playland will provide the children with food and table setting as per package selected.
    • We kindly request that your party starts and ends at the scheduled time.
    • Any extra time used may result in additional charges ($50.00/half hour)
    • All prices are subject to change without notice.
    • We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard for payments NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED.
