We want to work with Supporting Partners who can:
1. Promote do your :bit within your communities and networks.
Supporting Partners are expected to inform networks about do your :bit, let them know how they can get involved and encourage them to take part. Organisations will need to provide details of how they will market do your :bit to their communities to the Micro:bit Educational Foundation. The do your :bit team will give Supporting Partners access to social media assets.
2. Organise do your :bit workshops in your region to inspire entries.
We welcome organisations who can organise local events and/or workshops (face to face or online) where young people can learn about micro:bit and be inspired to enter the challenge. do your :bit education resources can be used to provide workshop activities and will be available on the do your :bit website from 1 December 2020. We cannot provide micro:bits or any additional material that doesn’t appear on the website. Supporting Partners will be encouraged to send photographs of their event, with appropriate consent, to the Micro:bit Educational Foundation for use in future campaigns.
