  • Representative Information

    Each registration fee is $100 providing you with access for two representatives to the audition/portfolio materials on Accept'd, one table at the college fair, and lunch for 2 representatives. Extra lunches for more representatives in person are $15 each. This year we recommend an admissions specific representative for the fair, and a discipline specific representative to view master classes and hold student interviews. It is essential the email addresses below are accurate to receive access to student materials via Accept'd. If you need over 10 representatives to have access, please email Savanna McFarlan (KYCCDay@gmail.com) for additional assistance (you can include the first 10 here).

  • Payment Options

    For each registration fee you will have one table at our college fair, and two representative lunches (arts fair registration also includes web access via the Accept'd platform for audition materials). The registration fee is $100. You may request additional representative access to Accept'd for $10 each. Additional lunches can be added below ($15 each). If paying by credit card there will be additional ticketing and processing fees.

  • If paying by Credit Card, please hit submit and you will be directed to a link to input credit card payment information.  

    Each registration will receive a confirmation email.  Further details will be sent to the registrant's email (or Exhibitor email if different) regarding set up for the College fair and live audition/portfolio reviews.  Each representative will receive information about how to access materials and the event timeline.
