    SCAG co-brands its Go Human safety advertisements with partner logos and provides them at no cost. Local jurisdictions, agencies, non-profits, and community-based organizations can request advertisements at any time.

    Currently, SCAG can support digital co-branded requests, and with limited, standard print requests (e.g. postcards, fliers, etc.).

    • Must enter specifications for at least one material type (Items 1-9) below
    • Fill in the sizing specifications for each desired material.  Leave blank any materials not being requested.
    • Examples of each material can be references in the Materials Showcase further down this form.

  • Creative Version, Quantity, and Language Request

    • For this section, please utilize the material numbers as shown below and input the Material Type (the number), Sign/Model, Quantity (how many), and Language (Spanish or English) into the cells provided for each creative version requested
