What do you need to bring?
I don't offer outfits for Sitter sessions, since the parents usually prefer to bring their own, based on their personal taste, but also due to hygienical reasons during Covid time. You will need to bring 2 outfits, and feel free to bring hats, or whatever you'd like your baby to be photograph in. Although, no more than 2 outfits; there's no time for more, and babies of that age, have a very limited patience! Also, bring their favourite toy, and have ready on your cell phone some music the baby likes, or cartoons etc.

What YOU need to do...
1. If you have any symptom, you have the flu, cough, sneeze, feel unwell, please don't book a session. You health is more important that pictures. If you still show up feeling unwell, you'll be denied access to the studio and you will lose your deposit. 2. Althoug it feels very unnatural,no hand shaking.3. As soon as you arrive, you will be provided with shoe covers, please wear them at the door before you enter, and keep them for the whole stay. You don't need to remove your shoes.4. You will be asked to sanitize your hands as soon as you have entered the studio.5. Anything which is not strictly necessary to bring (big bags, jackets etc.) will have to stay in your car. Please only bring what you really (really) need.
What I do...
1. I only take two babies per day, so there's plenty of time to clean up and sanitize between the first and the second shoot. 2. I work with shoes I only use indoors, I wash my hands before we get started and then sanitize repeatedly during the session. My equipment is sanitized as well. 3. During a "Sitter" session, the parents are those in charge of dressing the baby, and keep him/her entertained, while I take the photographs. So for this session, I don't need to come close to your baby, which means there always a good distance between me and the baby.
Please read before you book me...
1. I work in my home, this way I can keep my prices where they are and instead invest in props for the babies. In the studio you'll find me, and my assistent Michael which only helps with editing, when I'm too busy to catch up. Michael has no access to the shooting room.
2. If you have any special wishes regarding your baby's photoshoot, please let me know at least two weeks before the date. I don't accept any requests when you meet me, since I need to be 100% ready.
3. My style is natural, relaxed and minimalistic. Before you book me, please make sure my style appeals to you. What you see is what you get.
4. As a photographer, it's extremely important for me, to be able to show my work to others; that's why I retain the right to share the photos (baby only and with no names or any other info that can identify the baby) on my website and social media. You are booking me because you were able to see beautiful pictures, right? But would you book a photographer who has nothing to show? If you disagree, I respect your choice, but unfortunately I won't be able to offer you a photoshoot.
When the session is over ...
Your photos will be ready after 7 business days (Mon-Fri) from the photoshoot date. However, you will receive a picture the same day so you can see something while you wait.
I'll make a private gallery with password for you on my website, and I will notify you when your photos are ready. Select the number of images you like (according to how many photos your packege includes), then I will open for download.
In case there are more pictures you would like, in addition to the ones included in your package, you have the option to purchase them for 75 DKK each.
Please note that the images are property of chiaragerevasi.com and may not be edited, altered, manipulated, used for contests or sold to third parties without my written permission. This means copyright infringement which allows me to get financial compensation, as manipulated images would not represent my work.
Your gallery is open for download for 3 days, then the photos are automatically deleted. Make sure you download your pictures on time so you don't have to pay any fees. If your gallery need to be uploaded again and reopened, there is a fee of DKK 150 you will have to pay, as I will have to upload all the pictures again. It is your responsibility to download the images within the time limit. If you know in advance that you won't be able to get hem because you're on vacation etc. please let me know in advance.
When you are ready to book, you'll be provided with my MobilePay number and you can proceed to the payment of your deposit, which corresponds to 50% of the total amount (depending on the package you've chosen). As soon as your payment is visible, you'll get a booking confirmation. Please be aware, this questionnaire is not a booking. You only have a booking when you have a confirmation, that means when your booking fee has been paid. As long as you haven't paid yet, your slot is still available for others to book.
