To request a refund for specific individuals at an event please login to GoFan HQ
- Locate the event that the indvidual purchased for
- Select the "Manage attendees" option for the event or from the 3 dots menu (example below)
- Locate the Fan you are refunding and select "Refund" using the 3 dots menu (example below)
- Enter the refund reason and a contact phone # for reference, and we will process the request right away
