  • Please note that GoFan has a newly added, quick and secure way of requesting individual refunds!

    To request a refund for specific individuals at an event please login to GoFan HQ

    - Locate the event that the indvidual purchased for
    - Select the "Manage attendees" option for the event or from the 3 dots menu (example below)
    - Locate the Fan you are refunding and select "Refund" using the 3 dots menu (example below)

    - Enter the refund reason and a contact phone # for reference, and we will process the request right away

     

     

  • Note - This form should only be used to request a refund for multiple individuals. If you need refunds processed for an entire event, please cancel the event from GoFan HQ.

  • Refund Request Instructions:

    Complete this form to have a refund processed for a specific fan. You will need to have the following information in order to request the refund.

    • Purchaser Email - This should be the email used at purchase.
    • Order ID - The fan can provide the order ID which is viewable in the confirmation email or when viewing the tickets in their GoFan account.
    • Event ID - You can locate the event ID in the Admin Dashboard. This will assist us in processing a refund for the correct event.
