McKinley Chess Registration Form 2024-25

This signup form is for parents of children at McKinley Elementary School in Wauwatosa, who wish to sign their child up for chess during the 2024-25 school season. PLEASE FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH CHILD who wants to join. Please note that we are looking for a maximum of 40 kids this year, in grades 2-5.

All classes are MONDAY afternoon, following the school day, from 3:30-4:45- returning to in-person, in new building. Classes run from Oct 7 weekly thru March, except for Dec 16-23-30, when we don't meet.

Any questions, please email Mark Seghers at seghers@gmail.com - Mr. Seghers is a volunteer instructor and runs the club. Mark will be assisted by Mr. Evan Seghers, his son and former state K-8 and High School Champ.

A One-time fee of $50 covers all lessons, materials, and advanced instruction.

THANK YOU for registering for the program - please bring a check for $50 to the McKinley School Office - make check out to MCKINLEY PTO - please also write your child's name on the Memo - and "chess" next to the name. If you pay with cash, make sure they make note that it's for your child and it's for the chess program. The instructors cannot accept checks or cash.
