Field of Study Declaration

This form should be submitted to add or drop majors and minors.
When you submit this form, approvals will be requested from your current advisor if you are undeclared, from the department chair for any major or minor you wish to add, and from your advisor for any major or minor you wish to drop. Most changes will take at least 2 weeks to appear in Workday.

You should have conversations about your intended majors/minors with the departments involved before you submit the form.

If you have already submitted this form once, do not resubmit a duplicate declaration unless instructed to do so by the Registrar's office. To inquire about the status of an unprocessed declaration, please contact registrar@muhlenberg.edu
There was pause on changes to programs of study for students during the registration period for Fall 2022 (April 1- April 26). The Registrar's Office is working through the 100+ declarations from the pause period in the order they were received. Please contact registrar@muhlenberg.edu with any questions.
