  • For and in consideration of performance by West Ocean Association (“Association”) of requested service, the undersigned resident of the above described unit in the West Ocean condominium development hereby agrees to (a) pay for the services rendered at the costs shown and (b) release, waive, and discharge Association, its directors, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any injury or damage, including but not limited to personal injury or sickness/death due to a virus or property damage, directly or indirectly arising out of or resulting from, or in any way connected with, performance of services by Association, its agents or employees.
