Once an order is placed, it is not always possible to amend before it's dispatched.
If you want to amend your order, please follow the instructions below:
- Login to your account at the following link: https://www.theseedcollection.com.au/_myacct#orders
(if you have never logged in before you will need to setup your password first using the 'activate your existing account' link on the same page)
- Once logged in you can see a list of all of your orders.
- Click the appropriate 'Track' button.
- Once the page reloads, click the 'Edit Order' button to check the status of the order.
- If the order has not been dispatched an 'Edit Form' will be made available to you. (Please understand, completing this form does not guarantee your order can be amended. Order status on this page can be delayed by up to 1 business day; so your order may have been dispatched already. This form simply submits a request to our support staff who will check and confirm the outcome with you by email.)
