I, (print your legal name as Participant), am choosing to ride at JB Ranch & Stables, located at 20718 Orville Road East Orting, WA of my own free will. I understand that any activity involving horses can be dangerous and accept all risk upon myself.
I agree to release, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify includes JB Ranch & Stables, Jessica Amos, Brandon Amos, and their respective heirs, beneficiaries, relatives, agents, successors, assigns, instructors, trainers, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, assistants, sponsors, guests, visitors, members, managers, officers, directors, owners, related entities, and others acting on their behalf (collectively “Released Parties”) from and against any liability, attorneys' fees, costs, or other Loss I may incur or to my property and/ or horse. I agree that this Agreement does not expire and that any surviving claims must be brought within one (1) year of the date accrued.
I understand and accept the risk of engaging in Equine Activities, while mounted or unmounted, as well as merely being near equine, including, but in no way limited to, faulty equipment or tack that cause injury or death. I understand the injuries, death , loss and damage that may result from the inherent risks of engaging in Equine Activities or just being near equines, that equines are powerful and have the potential to be dangerous, even without warning, and that I an not relying on “Released Parties” to list all possible equine related risks.
It shall further constitute that management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
I have read the above statement and fully understand the risk involved. Upon signing this contract, I release JB Ranch & Stables and all associated therewith for any and all liability to myself, child(ren), livestock and property.
