Dear Find The One In 21 Guest Contributor:

Thank you so much for agreeing to be a featured Guest Contributor for the Find The One in 21 Gift Giveaway brought to the public by Love Life Coaching.

We are thrilled you’ll be joining us and appreciate you sharing your wisdom and experience!  We invite you to offer a valuable free gift to inspire the participants hopes and dreams for their love-life at the beginning of 2021. 

**Please read this information carefully as it contains important information about your participation in the Find The One In 21 Gift Giveaway.

Below are some important I need to gather from you.

**You are required to send out two (2) dedicated solo emails to your full email list to promote the event because we want to reach as many people as possible. We also request newsletter mentions and social media posts because we want to reach the widest audience possible. Your promotions will be tracked by your unique affiliate link and the contributor gifts will be featured on the event page based on the number of opt-ins coming in from your list.  

Notes:  We’ll send your affiliate link and the swipe copy for the emails and social media promos on or about December 15th, 2020.  You may customize the emails and promos for your audience as long as you include your unique affiliate link for registrants from your list.

Important: The promotional period for this event will begin on Sunday, December 20th, 2020 through Sunday, January 10th, 2021. The event will go live on Monday, January 11th and will continue through Sunday, January 17th, 2021. You’ll receive your affiliate link and the swipe copy for the emails and social media promos on or about December 15th, 2020. You may customize the emails and promos for your audience as long as you include your unique affiliate link for registrants from your list.   

We reserve the right to remove any gift from the event from any contributor who does not comply with these promotional requirements because we want to make it fair to all contributors.

EVENT DATES:

The event will go live on January 11th, 2021. The participants will have access to the free gifts though January 17th, 2021. 

YOUR SOLO EMAIL MAILINGS:

To create the greatest impact for all participants, we require two (2) dedicated solo mailings to your entire email list.  If possible, we also request that you promote in any non-exclusive mailings, such as a newsletter and social media. The contributor’s free gifts will be featured in the order of greatest number of opt-ins.

The promo window is Sunday, December 20th, 2020 through Sunday, January 10th, 2021.  Since the overall success is based on the promotion of all contributors, we greatly appreciate your support so we can reach the broadest possible audience. 

Swipe copy and promo graphics will be emailed directly to you for your solo emails. Additionally, we will provide Social Media promo assets for you for tweets and posts for you to share on Facebook and Twitter.  

MEDIA RELEASE:

I hereby expressly grant to Michelle Marchant Johnson (aka Love Life Coaching) the right to use photos and/or audio and visual impressions ("impressions") provided by me to Michelle Marchant Johnson, (aka Love Life Coaching), in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission or other professional endeavor in which the impressions may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity. I agree that it may be edited or otherwise altered. I understand that these impressions, as well as my name, likeness, voice and biographical material, may be used for commercial, educational or informational purposes, in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world. I understand that my interview may be edited due to time constraint, content, sound quality or for other reasons.

I waive any rights of copyright or ownership in the resulting commercial, educational and informational materials in which I appear, and acknowledge that no monetary or other compensation is provided in exchange for waiving this right. I also agree to allow all forms of distribution of the materials that accompany the impressions.

I represent that I have the right, capacity, and authority to enter into this agreement (the "Agreement") and that my participation and performance and the rights I have granted in the Agreement will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding I have with any other person or entity.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Life Coaching from and against all claims, losses, expenses and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Agreement. I expressly release Love Life Coaching from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.

I understand that promotion of the event as agreed above is required and that in order for my free gift to be featured in the giveaway these requirements must be met.
