🩺 Proof of Vaccination
To keep all dogs healthy and our training environment safe, Mighty Pet requires proof of current vaccinations from your veterinarian before attending any class or private session.
Pets may not attend training without current vaccinations on file.

You can:

📄 Bring a printed copy to your first class or appointment.

✅ Vaccine Requirements
For Puppies Under 16 Weeks:

Distemper/Parvo combination vaccine (often listed as DHPP, DA2PP, or DAPP). At least one round is required before attending training.

For Dogs Over 16 Weeks:

Rabies (may appear as RABIES or RAB)
Distemper/Parvo combination (DHPP, DA2PP, or DAPP)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough) (BORD, BB, or KC)

Your proof of vaccination should include:

Your dog’s name
Your veterinarian’s name or clinic
The name of each vaccine
The date each was given and when it’s due again

🐾 Why This Is Important
Current vaccines protect your dog, other dogs in class, and our staff from preventable illnesses such as parvo, kennel cough, and rabies.
They also ensure that every dog can participate safely in shared spaces like our training room, retail floor, and play areas.
