    Instructions to student:
     

    1. Before completing this form, you must have visited the college website and read the Domestic student handbook. Follow the link below:

    2. You must complete all the required fields before submitting the form. 

    3. You need to have the required documents scanned clearly so that you can upload the documents as complete the enrolment application. You can also use your phone camera if you don't have access to a scanner. Below is the list of required documents but you may be required to provide additional documents to support your application.

    • The College will assist you to apply if you commence studies with us. It is an Australian Government requirement that we cannot issue a qualification to a student who does not have a USI number.

    • You may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). (The College will contact you to discuss. You will need to supply a copy of your academic transcripts or other evidence of your studies or work experience and complete an Application for Recognition Kit. All documents must be in English.)

    • In order for the college to accept your enrolment, you must successfully complete the college LLN test to ensure that you can achieve a positive outcome on your preferred course of study.

      Once you have submitted your enrolment form, an email will be sent to you with a link to the student portal in order for you to complete your LLN test. For your enrolment to be accepted, you must achieve 80% in all components of the test.

      Student Handbook, Policies and Procedures, Fees and Charges Our website and your Domestic Student Handbook (which you can download from our website at www.bpc.edu.au ) contain useful information about your training course, fees, charges and refunds and must be read by you prior to your course Enrolment Application. You must read and understand the Student Handbook before finalising enrolment into a course with the College.
      Refund Policy: Refer to the Refund Policy in your Domestic Student Handbook. Refunds are paid in Australian dollars. (The College Refund Policy may be amended from time to time. Any amendments will be notified in writing to Students and reflected in the College Handbook. Any amendments will apply to all Students enrolled with the College)
      Refund applications must be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer (See contact details). Refunds will be refunded within ten (10) working days of receipt of a written application and will include a statement explaining how the refund was calculated.

      In the unlikely event that Brisbane Professional College is unable to deliver your course in full, you will be offered a refund of all the unspent pre-paid course money you have paid to date. The refund will be paid to you within ten (10) working days of the day on which the course ceased being provided. If Brisbane Professional College is unable to provide a refund or place you in an alternative course our Tuition Protection Service (TPS) will place you in a suitable alternative course at no extra cost to you. Finally, if TPS cannot place you in a suitable alternative course or if there are no suitable alternative courses or offers, you may apply for a refund of the amount of any unspent pre-paid tuition fees you have paid to Brisbane Professional College. These are any tuition fees you have already paid that are directly related to the course which you haven’t yet received. In the case of provider default there is no requirement for a student to lodge a refund application form.
      Fees not listed in the refund section are not refundable. Prior to a student enrolling fees may be altered without notice and students will be advised in writing. Once a student has completed enrolment, fees will not be subject to change for the normal duration of the course. If a course length is extended by the student then any fee increases will be required to be paid for the extended component of the course.

      Assessment re-sit Fee Students are entitled to 3 re-assessment attempts for each unit. If the student is unsuccessful after 3 re-assessments, they mayl be required to repeat the unit and pay the repeat unit fee. Students found to have cheated or plagiarised work will not be entitled to re-sit assessments, instead they will be required to repeat the unit and pay the repeat unit fee.

      2. I agree to be bound by the College rules and regulations in force from time to time and otherwise to follow acceptable codes of behaviour, attendance and academic performance and show a concern for other students.

      3. I understand that if offered a place in a course of study I am obligated to pay fees and meet all other requirements of the College before my enrolment in confirmed.

      4. I agree to pay all fees and charges according to the payment schedule.

      5. I am aware of and understand my financial obligations relating to studying with the College. 

      6. I acknowledge that the provision of incorrect information or documentation, or with withholding of information or documentation relating to my application may result in the cancellation of my enrolment and the forfeiture of any tuition fees paid.

      The College reserves the right in its absolute discretion to reject any application for enrolment and shall be under no obligation whatsoever to give reasons for its decision. Enrolments at the College must be completed prior to the commencement date of the program / course(s) and a non-refundable Enrolment fee must be paid to secure your enrolment. The College does not accept students who have not fulfilled all enrolment requirements prior to the commencement of a program or course(s).
